Company Switch

Hi Everyone, I am a Software Developer with 1.5+ YOE and looking for a switch , My question is I am applying from last 1 month in dozens of company but not getting a call back from their side. What am I doing wrong?

Tech stack : MERN, JavaScript DSA level : 7.5/10 College : Masters from IIT
