Transition from Salesforce Developer to Salesforce Administrator?
Is it a good long-term move to switch from a Salesforce Developer (70% dev+ 30% admin work) at a service-based company to a Salesforce Administrator role at a product-based company, especially if the pay is higher? I’m in my notice period and looking for insights on whether this transition is sustainable in the long run. Any thoughts?
