Hey folks, have got an offer from Uber bangalore, share your thoughts on the work culture, PIPs, future growth prospects. Heard from so many people that Uber is becoming next Amazon, in terms of culture. Uber folks help me in understanding from your pov.

Got a call from TripAdvisor Hr. She mentioned few things which seems odd. Need help with those. HR mentioned that TripAdvisor has no legal entity in India. And therefore they have outsourced their payroll and HR through Kaam[.]work and TripAdvisor is Employer on Record. I have tried googling around but still not sure what would that mean for me in real life. I general 1. How is my employment different in this setting than normal being employee of a normal org. 2. Does this impact my future employment. 3. Anything that should be aware of? Incase something happens, I wont be able to take action against TripAdvisor since they have no legal presence in India?

Which is the best company culture wise to join? Also which are some remote hiring companies too which hire from India. Great places to work list is shit, because it is paid or forced recognition.
