Trying to switch

3.3 years into Capgemini 1.3 to years into TCS Since 7 months working in Infosys

But here I didn't like the work culture and project and micromanagement.

So is this a good time to switch Does the interviewer ask why you're changing frequently

Yes. Interviewer ass why you are leaving ? You should not speak bad about your previous projects or employers. Give constructive answer like, looking for new opportunities to gain more experience and face new challenges.

There is no right or wrong time to switch. Focus on how you want to grow your career and articulate that well. Express your enthusiasm to contribute to the role during the discussion

If you do not feel like working in this project, maybe talk to your manager and HR and convey them the same. If it is possible to move to some other project, you can try that. If not, you can always look out.
Even if you start now, it might take you 1-2 months to land a better opportunity and then you will need to serve 3 months NP. That will make your experience as 1 year here which is absolutely fine.
So go for it. Not a big deal.

I have been working in Cognizant for 11 months and now I want to switch looking for Remote opportunities. My last project was completed in 10 months and released by the company. And in 2022 I joined Atos there was no work after a POC and our team member was released by the company.
