Is anyone else experiencing issues when applying to open roles on the Accenture portal? I'm currently unable to apply to any open positions as I keep receiving an error message stating that an active application is present. However, when I check, there are no active applications. I even created a new account using a different email address, but the same issue persists. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

One more thing is they entered wrong mail id while registering me for that particular job. So last time their interview invite maill was getting bounced and zoom invite and pwd were shared separately by hr.

Suggestions/Tips for applying jobs abroad from India

Hi,
Lately, I have been applying for jobs through LinkedIn, Glassdoor, career pages, etc. But out of all, the most irritating or tedious is to apply directly on the company's career page!
99 out of 100 times, our resume gets rejected, but to get there, how many details they ask!
- Log in and verify the email
- Upload the resume
- Again, give personal details
- Again, rewrite education details
- Again, fill skill sets
- Rewrite the same skills and experience from the resume to their portal
- Tick marks! OMG
Have you worked before? Or are you part of the military? Are you having a disability? Are you part of XYZ org before, etc., etc.? The list is endless!!

I mean, why can't this be crisp with 1-page detail!? Min it takes 5-10 min to fill all these details and end up getting an email "unfortunately, we don't have the right opportunity for your candidature!"

I don't know, not many are speaking about this! 😐

I was wondering if there is a better way to look for job vacancies in the tech field other than visiting Careers page of each and every company? Linkedin Jobs UI is terrible, you search for 'Internships' and you get terrible results. Any resources for this problem would be of great help. TIA!

2. If you know any other company hiring:
Would be better if you could provide the link to the job or company or its career page, it's ok if you only want to share the name.

3. If you know a stealth or very small startup hiring right now, either share someone's LinkedIn/Twitter profile whom we can reach out to or ask to DM.

I'm 2018 Mechanical passout, for the last 2 years I have been working as a Service Advisor at an automobile showroom, considering job satisfaction and no growth prospect I want to switch fields to a softwate industry for which I have been looking for training institutions who could teach industrial skills and help in placements but the response from some I got has been negative.
