Unpopular Opinion

Okay, this is from my past experiences in 3 companies. Last two companies had people from lower tier colleges, polytechnics (upper and lower hierarchy). If MBA too, from local colleges Cut to current company, almost every other person is IIT or IIM or IIT + IIM I am handing over my role as I'm transitioning out. In the current one, I have given the same handover to multiple people, multiple times to each one. Going over each order, each account, each customer - despite everything documented over excel, folders, mails, WhatsApp Previously it was just, this is handover folder let me know if you have questions. And they would say, you don't worry we'll manage from here. Why is it so difficult with people from top education institutions?
