Usual scene before Voting day
I just reached my home town yesterday for the elections and today seeing scenes where people are arguing for not getting their share of money for their votes on streets. Numerous people did not get their money for votes because someone else took that money under their name without the person knowing. This is the case with the 2 major parties contesting in my area who are buying votes. It's even more crazy that this seems to be a very common scene and the fact that the cost of each vote is being priced less than the last election. Last election vote cost - 2k This election - 1.2k Hope this changes with our future generations
People are smarter than what we think. They take the money from both the parties and vote as per their wish.
At least I'm hoping for that thought because my state is really in a dire situation atm with a very very bad debt, no opportunities, too many freebies and a lot of political abuse on common people.
Yeah. Some 10 years ago I heard people are paid 5k. Seems voter value is decreasing by time.
But jokes aside this is a serious concern as I did try calling cops on them but they did not do any action due to them supporting the current ruling party.
