VC/ Startup PR Comms Role

Hi,

I have around almost 3 YOE experience & have worked with around top 8-10 VCs & various startups as well. (across 2 agencies I have worked at)

Planning to transition to brand side (mostly VC firms) feels too early, any advice? Also, how's the work culture at VC firms in terms of corporate communications?

Agreed plus don't see VC firms even advertising for these roles, feels mostly it's referrals.
