Hi, recently gave interviews for the Einstein service cloud in Salesforce India which is related to copilots, bots etc for lmts roles. Looks like a new team is getting formed in India. The manager mentioned it is based on monolith, Java, postgres etc. Does anyone have idea on the kind of work and how is the wlb and culture there? Also any pip situation there ? My dream was to work at early stage startup as a Software Engineer bcoz startups were cool. But the toxic environment and lack of organisations made it a nightmare to work at. 

Then I became a PM at a startup after getting hyped about Product Management. And then I realised no matter what you do, the CEO does whatever he feels like. And months later the project is scraped. And I learn only the things a PM should not do.

So what's the role that you got excited about that turned to shit?

What was your dream role until reality turned it into shit?

Wanted to check with folks working at UrbanCompany how the company is doing. Are they growing / doing well? It appears to be smooth sailing but I heard they postponed their IPO. 

Also how’s culture there? Heard Abhiraj is a great CEO.
