Vmware getting butchered by broadcom
I am working as IC in vmware in good profitable product. But after the recent townhall everyone is scared of getting slashed by broadcom next month. I am also stressed due to this, Perpared little bit, not getting enough calls and also feeling very underconfident Any strategy to land a good job in next 30 days Exp - 6 years TC - 50 LPA
Why worry before something happens? U r worrying twice if it happens and needlessly if it doesnt. There would probably be good severance so u’ll have extra time in a way. All the best
Is your 50 lpa fixed? Any bonus and stock option involved? What field you work in?

I heard something similar from my friends working there. And some of them have got the last date as 30th of this month.Any idea on what's the criteria they are downsizing on?
Broadcom is taking 9 rounds of interviews these days...?? Read it somewhere...
