I am currently working as an Industrial Designer at a Startup ( 14 LPA ). I have a Master’s Degree in Design from Indian Institute of Science. I am not finding jobs and am very confused about wether to continue as an Industrial Designer since I see very less demand as of now. On the other hand UX design is very lucrative in terms of perks and package. Your thoughts would be really helpful.

I worked as an etl developer for 1.6 years, i was good at my work as a fresher but in a long run i am not that much confident to pursue myself in that field as i am not interested in technology. Then i switched to ux/ui designer role as it a non tech role, survived in that role for 1 year and got released due to project budget issue. In that role as well i was overthinking about my career like learning 3d tools which is not my cup of tea.

I am so confused in choosing my career, i don't my strengths and weakness and what i want in life.

Hi guys, I am in my final year of college and will be starting at Ford as a SWE (which I am grateful for considering the job market). However, in the past few weeks UI/UX has really peaked my interest. Since my teenage, I really loved computers but wasn't really sure what I loved about them so I studied Computer Science at uni.

My brother has done his MCA in the year 2017 and post that he didn't join any campus due to family business and during covid when our business was at its lowest time he decided to explore outside hence joined Adani groups as a product supervisor and currently working with Emami agrotech as a warehouse incharge... 

But now he want to make a career switch to software Field... Can anyone suggest what does he need to do to make so happen? Any demanding course or Institute who will offer guaranteed placement after course completion reference is what I need as part of  your suggestion... Kindly do comment if you have any..
