Was thinking about this yesterday. So much spent on marketing with all the IPL Ads. Curious if anybody here uses it? If yes, why?

Big Basket order on the Tata Neu app earns 5% more cash back (Neu Coins) as against an order directly placed on Big Basket App, everything else is the same.
The same logic applies to all the Tata Brands like Tata Cliq, Westside, 1MG, etc.

This is the only reason why I use Tata Neu. Plus their IPL offer of doing 500+ value transactions and earning extra coins after 2, 4, 6 etc transactions was also a good offer.

Td;dr - as long as they are bleeding money by giving extra discounts for using Tata Neu app, I will use it.

Yes love it. regularly fly Air India and I get a lot of benefits and even if I cross my credit card lounge access I still get VIP lounges on many Indian airports free food and all. Also buy a lot of Tissot watches from the app for insane discounts like multiple 1lakh watches for 50k or so.
