I know multiple people there. Feed back is similar 
 Pros 
 1) Good work life balance  
 2) they pay a hefty package 😄 
 Cons 
 1) tech stack is random, u could even end up working on php or a very old technology  
 2) not much learning  
 3) processes can be incredibly slow

I had my salary discussion with HM last week Monday and was told will receive  by Friday but I am still waiting for offer letter . 
After checking with HM informed he still waiting to get approvals .

I am a student from tier 3 college. Just had the round 1 of Wayfair Software Engineering Internship challenge ( Did pretty well). I don't have any idea how my further rounds of Wayfair internship would be. Apart from this I have got 2 offer letters for Business development Interns who will be offering me a salary of 8-10LPA after internship. I am quite confused about what to choose? I don't feel comfortable choosing BD over a proper tech job/internship, it would be very difficult to switch to development later.
