What’s the takeaway here? One ought to be exposed to different things, experiment more and then figure out the end goal vs. being linear about climbing the current career ladder?

Good one. I however struggle with a few questions - 1. What area / field do I love working in? 2. When do I know I should give up on something and move on? Guess no easy way out. :)
