I was proud for not using insta for almost 2yrs. Installed it a 2 wks ago yk for stuffs…now uninstalled again. Never again! That shit is good as uninstalled only.

I’ve never used Instagram, Snapchat in my life.
Facebook I still do as I buy tech stuff and digital services from their ( digital market ).
I don’t even have a slight bit of fomo of such apps.
My screen time is less than 2 hours a day ( phone )
I’m happy, fit, strong and I read at my free time and most importantly im at my peace.
