Things can get tough sometimes. My suggestion would be to focus on your portfolio by reviewing it with senior designers via ADP list.  
  
 I would also suggest to look beyond traditional full time jobs and focus on contractual opportunities. There are some good ones out there.

Last I heard, most of the Indian team has moved on, and there are just a few designers left in India. It seems like they’re focusing more on hiring in Indonesia rather than India. But I left a while ago, so things might have changed since then.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share an experience that many of you might relate to. Over the past few months, I have applied to over 40+companies/ startups for Ui/Ux designer / product designer job positions. Despite putting my best foot forward and ensuring my applications were tailored to each role, I haven't received any responses. I even applied through platforms like Well Found, where my applications were accepted, but unfortunately, I wasn't scheduled for any interviews.

So basically like every time I see a job vacancy I do apply for it.. But I'm not sure why I never get any calls back Or mails and these days I only see vacancies where they want only experienced people like more than 5 or 10.. I mean...where am I going wrong in this job hunt... I'm having 2 yrs of exp where I have wasted 1 yr being in bench so I could say I didn't get a lot of insight for my yrs of exp.... Seeking Insights on the Current UX Design Job Market

I have total 6 years of experience working in product strategy roles in a couple of known unicorns and from tier 1 engg and MBA colleges. 

My team was dissolved back in nov 2022. I have been on a break since then as i had to oversee construction of our rental property back in my hometown. It was long pending. It is a vital income stream for my family. 

I have been trying for a job for last 2 weeks. I haven't been able to get interviews aligned in product / strategy domain.

Now I am getting restless. I don't know why hiring POCs are not reverting to my interests. Need help here folks. Am I in a soup due to career gap? What can I do to overcome this situation? Good ideas are highly welcome :)

I have been aggressively applying for jobs in the last 2 months however I have not even received 1 interview call. I have spoken to others and they have told me that it should be my resume. 

I am bad at writing or self promotion which is essential in making first impression. After not getting any calls I am comprehending wether to get resume writes in LinkedIn to help me, I feel job hunting should be a complete self job rather than outsourcing part of it, maybe I am out of touch as my last job hunt happened 6 years ago.

Any advice is much appreciated.

I’m currently looking for a job switch as currently my position in the organisation is not quite good to stay. So I have to join somewhere asap.
I’m actively applying and looking for new job   Role as front end developer. I’m trying to apply actively on Naukri and LinkedIn .
Plus also applied through referrals in few companies.
But I don’t know why I am not getting any calls for the interview.
I have 1.9 months of experience with infosys plus 6 months internship in Cognizant.
I’m quite worried now as I’m not receiving any calls, is there something I’m doing wrong.
Please anyone can help me by suggesting something which can lend me calls for interview.
Can analyse my resume and see if it’s correctly aligned or not?
Or normally things like this take more time than this, I’m being impatient?

Hi all, can anyone please tell me how to find jobs in the software industry. I am currently looking for a job for about 1 month and have applied to 100+ jobs still not receiving anything. Received one call from a company and cracked the interviews, too. HR told me that I was selected after that ghosted me. It's becoming really hard seeing people getting jobs, and here I am not getting a single interview call. I am also Knight in Leetcode and have around 1.9 years of experience. Dont know where I am going wrong. I'm going into depression these days.

I work in a startup, been here for around 3 yrs. I have been applying continuously for a long time and am not even getting an interview call (Even with referrals sometimes)...
Is it my resume? But ATS parses it just fine? Maybe I have too much written in it.
I don't have a flashy college, company. That clearly hurts my chances, but what could I do now?
