What are some barriers/pain points in mental wellness industry?

Often People in Tech go through imposter syndrome, overthinking etc - mental wellness problems. Is there any specific community(/ platform) which helps techies to share what they are going through and connecting with related people who have experienced/ good enough to provide advices? If there are none, do you feel having such platform is useful? Will you be joining such platform to share your issues and seeking help - or you don’t consider this as a problem which needs a solution?

Does your company invest in well being( Mental and Physical) of all employees ( not counting insurance stuff) ? Some of the place that i have worked, have invested a lot in it, but eventually the benefit does not get passed on to employee primarily because of lack of awareness on how to use them or people always caught with work that they don’t have time to access these help. I also feel that top executives and mid managers are not trained on how to tackle issue when their teammate reach out citing problems of what they are going through regarding mental well being. Out of ignorance the first instinct is to see if it does not hamper the org in anyway or get rid of employee. Would love to hear more on this

*TW: Mental Health Struggles* Hi there, folks! I was contemplating about how my fellow professionals with mental health conditions manage their careers and grow despite the daily struggles. You see, I deal with Clinical Depression and Anxiety which often hinders how I function day to day and have too manage through rigorous therapy and opting for heavy medication. This condition often disables me to concentrate on long-term performance and stability in a ln organisation- I often get burnout within 6-7 months of the job & need to take a sabbatical of the work. I will love to hear about anecdotes and see if we all can create a space here. Thanks! (:
