What are some startups / companies that are relatively not well known but have great potential

These would be the companies that has a great team attacking a real large problem with a vision or roadmap to also grow profitably as a business + great culture (and not necessarily chasing the valuation game and dressing up the company for investors or for eventually dumping it to common folks in IPO). Place where problem+product+people+profit have a much higher focus.

Non toxic startups in India?

After going through so many posts on grapevine..I feel like all the startups in India are toxic only 😕😕

Really want to know which are the startups worthy of joining? Preferably in product roles

Bold of you to keep "non-toxic" and "startup" in the same sentence. 💀
