What are the career options that also pay decent?

If you have the skills, sales. If you have the money, entrepreneurship. If you don’t have the money but are OK with slogging, apprenticeship at a business in a market of your choice. With decent communication, all of these are viable options. But you’ll probably see no returns until you slog for 6-8 years. If you want easy money, predictable growth and relatively chill life - a mainstream desk job is the way to go.
