Which are the most innovative companies to work with in india. I'm okay to put in extra hours if the company has the right mission and vision.

I am having 3. 6 years of experience in service based, but due to cost cutting and lack of project, I lost my job, asked to do force resignation. today is my last working day., I started preparing for product based companies few months back. I completed dsa and started working on development to build some projects because I have zero knowledge on building applications. but this layoff happened in middle, Right now I have two options. Either join any any company that I get by makinng my profile as immediate joiner obviously it will be again service based company and it will be my 3rd company or shall I persue my dream of cracking or joinng in product or unicorn by having gap. I put lot of efforts for my goal now I am in middle of achieving it. Any suggestions will be Appriciated. Comming to money side, I have made some savings to survive for 8 to 9 months because I am single so no responsibilities. But my only confusion is shall I let this gap or shall I join in any company immediately, if I need to join any company then I have to join again in service based company. Please suggest me which one to choose. Also will Gap matters for my next employer.

Have received an offer from a start up of about 50 people, recently got funded. My current role is APM , from past almost 2 years and while it's not perfect, Its reasonably okay. What considerations should be taken before deciding to make the switch?

Switching careers. Currently a fresher in IT. 24M. I am unable to choose a company to apply for due to its reviews in AmbitionBox, Glassdoor etc. Even if a company has 4+ out of a 5 in overall review, I am skeptical about it because of the few VERY negative reviews it has. Can somebody please help me with this confusion? How do I choose a company? I don't want to work for a very large company like something that has more than 5000 employees. I am ok with working at a seed startup that less than 10 employees too. But, I am seriously concerned about the team culture, salary and growth.

I am from a tier 1 college and our placements season is going on, this year the market is very bad, we have very less companies than the previous year and the pay is low as well. From Dec 1, our interview will start but till now I have got no interview shortlist. But I have got an off-campus offer for 13LPA in Greater Noida, I wanted to ask if 13LPA is good enough for living in Greater Noida. The recruiter asked me how much I expected I panicked and said 13LPA, actually I wish more than I said, I mean if they give 13LPA as base rather than CTC then it is more than enough for me. Should i take the offer or negotiate or do what? If negotiated, then how can the company agree to 13LPA base? TL;DR: should I accept a 13LPA offer or negotiate it, for a dev role in Greater Noida. I am a software engineer with approx 3 YOE. I have offers from two companies both of which have their own merits and demerits. I'm having a hard time deciding which company should I join. Mentioning the details of the companies and offer below: Company A: 1. Public company (not profitable, but good revenue growth over the last two years) 2. Get to join an existing team and project to work on interesting distributed systems challenges 3. Salary: 60 LPA cash + 10 LPA RSUs (with annual refresher grants) 4. Fully remote, don't need to relocate 5. Career growth would be typical to that offered by a large startup (around 2000 employees) Company B: 1. Private company, profitable, excellent revenue growth, planning to IPO in the next 3 years at a ~$10B valuation (which is reasonable considering their growth) 2. Get to be a founding engineer of a new team and work on a completely new project, involving very hard distributed systems challenges 3. Salary: 41 LPA cash + 3000 NSO units (will increase as I get promoted) 4. Hybrid, need to relocate to a different city 5. Excellent career growth opportunity as the project has a visibility at a senior executive level
