I would like to know about the experience.

Anyone has given interview for PayPal in Android role ?

Applied to Paypal through a linkedin job post around mid May. Got reached out by their HR late in May for an Online Assessment round on Hackerrank.

OA was of 1 hour and contained 8 MCQ on Android and 2 DSA easy level leetcode - 2 sum + max profit.

Cleared that and 2 WEEKS later got asked to interview for a subject in depth and DSA round.

This round contained general Android knowledge and in depth language awareness questions(Kotlin based).
Around the end of the interview, the interviewer asked to open any preferrer IDE and share the screen and then to write a solution for eliminating a target value from Integer array(can contain duplicates too) without using extra space.

Cleared that and went on to the 3rd round three days later which was essentially a repeat of the previous round but more conversational. The time ran out before any DSA Question could be asked.

Three days later got asked to interview for the Hiring Manager round which got scheduled and then got cancelled a day before the interview was supposed to take place. 

Tabse leke ye haal hai. HRs are ghosting and seem clueless themselves. Their workday portal also has removed the link for the role I was interviewing for.

I have received $100,000 worth of RSUs that is vested in 3 years with Paypal (Chennai, India). I heard that the RSU refreshers are varied in nature and will not be same as the initial one granted.

Could anyone help with what's the percentage of fixed component that gets refreshed as RSUs every year?
