I have been working for two years as a PM (didn’t have the title. My current title is customer success manager) but finally got the project title though an internal posting. What should I expect in terms of salary? My current CTC is 12 lpa.

For the first time in these many years, i have got a hike of only 7%, the reason stated is on going concerns in US market. But it is very difficult to digest the same as 2 years prior i got a hike of 26% and now only 7%. I feel being broke as giving an organisation your 5 years of handwork, 7% is nothing. Has anyone else faced this in 2023 ?

Just curious to know what are the hike percentages given employees who are highly paid? Is 10% considered a good hike for top performers with such salaries?

Hike percentages when CTC > 50 lpa?

Last week there was a townhall meeting in my office . In that the CEO announced that company revenue jumped 2X and sets the expectations for the current year The hike will be low compared to the last year as the global situation is not doing well. Beauty is he throws out a promise that if company revenue grows 4x from this year then every one in the company will get an additional 10% hike on next year appraisal .


I joined this company recently. I don't know what they are up to in future . Is it a good deal???

We got to know hikes today in deloitte and I heard from one of my friend in Accenture that they haven't got single hike in last 2 years. Is that true? Which companies are not giving hike at all? Any idea

I felt so bad after hearing about this. At least we got single digit.

Yeah.. mid yeat bonus time.. so obviously the economy has slowed down. I thibk it will pick up after oct. Next slow down will come around april next year. This is cyclical.  
 Any time now a ceo/md will come and say we need to work twice as hard inorder to survive this , " perform or perish".. etc. 
 Since y2k, the end of world has become a cliche.

How much annual hike did meesho give this year? Any idea anyone? Want to know about their condition currently. 
Also, if possible, any idea about the increment they can give now (coming year)?
