I'm having two job offers currently in my hand and both of them are something which really excites me. Now I'm thinking what will be better in the long run and what the future landscape of both the industries looks like.

Long story told short, I have couple of offers: from Deloitte and TCS with salary raise upto 40% from my current CTC. Ofcourse, I had plans to go ahead with Deloitte. 
My current YoE is 3.9Years. And I’ll be joining as an Analyst at Deloitte. (No change in band, im joining entry level position as my current company). 
But, If I complete 4 years of experience, I could move on to next band with significant change in pay slab joining as a consultant. My joining date is nearing, and I’m thinking to defer the offer for now, Try again after few months once I complete 4 years. What do you guys suggest?

Domain: SAP EWM consultant.

I am currently doing my internship at Amazon which is most likely not gonna get converted to a full time offer (provided the market conditions), I have another offer from EY for the role of Technology Consultant which would mainly involve work in data analysis. I have heard that it will be very tough to come back to an sde role from a consultant role. So I am in a dilemma of what to do next?
P.S. I am more inclined towards an SDE role due to the growth it provides.

Too much of a trajectory change from SDE to Consultant

I currently work in one of the Big 4 firms as an analyst.. After completion of Btech I joined Deloitte in Oct,2023 ... After being in this field for about 7 months now.. What would be better in order to improve salary scale - a) Getting masters in management domain from a good university next year then joining as consultant or b) working for 2 yrs and getting promoted further as consultant ( keeping in mind that my CTC right now is 6LPA only)
