Masters or work exp for higher salary

Hi all , I am a fresher and recently I have been seeing alot of reviews of people in consulting claiming to have CTC of 20-33LPA . Wanted to know what is the differenciation factor and how can one reach at that stage of pay scale . Because as of now as per my knowledge analyst is paid 6LPA and any consultant is paid 15 LPA or so in any Big 4.

Hi, I am just confused about what to do next. Right now I am a fresher working at a service based company as a junior software engineer with a salary of 4LPA. Should I be working and shifting companies with work experience or do my Masters after about 2 years of work experience. I would love to get some advice from you folks Thanks.

Hi guys. I work in a leading metal and Mining company in India. I have work experience of 3 years 2 months in the same role, same department. There seems to be no growth. I am looking for a switch in consulting domain in PWC, Deloitte etc. As many from my current company had gone for such roles. Any idea how much is the entry level salary for SAP consultant or other consulting roles. Current CTC-10.93 LPA How much can be expected. And if possible can anyone give me a referral. I really need to switch, as I feel my energy is draining in the current role. Sorry for the long post.

Long story told short, I have couple of offers: from Deloitte and TCS with salary raise upto 40% from my current CTC. Ofcourse, I had plans to go ahead with Deloitte. My current YoE is 3.9Years. And I’ll be joining as an Analyst at Deloitte. (No change in band, im joining entry level position as my current company). But, If I complete 4 years of experience, I could move on to next band with significant change in pay slab joining as a consultant. My joining date is nearing, and I’m thinking to defer the offer for now, Try again after few months once I complete 4 years. What do you guys suggest? Domain: SAP EWM consultant. I am sap functional consultant with 8 years exp and close to 20L ctc including bonus . I am not getting promoted in Deloitte so wanted to see what my options are in big 4 i am yet to receive hike and i got exceptional rating in Deloitte so my ctc might become 24L minimum . Any suggestions or knowledge on what others might offer me or am in a pretty decent range ??

Hi! I'm graduating this semester and would want to get some work ex before pursuing my masters. Should I go for the BCG Training Program? It's an 18 month paid stint in their GS office. Would it increase my chances of getting placed as an associate at BCG after those 18 months? Or is working as a consultant/ analyst in a (much) smaller firm better?
