I understand different things matter to different people. I thought it would be interesting to understand the consensus on some bare basic requirements that make up a healthy workplace.
Environment where you have the freedom to speak your thoughts and opinion. And most importantly the founders or managers are ready to listen to it and atleast discuss things with you.
Of course collaboration, team bonding is important as well. If everyone isn't putting their best efforts, the startup isn't gonna succeed.
