All of my friends from previous project got C and I got D as i have some bad discussion before leaving that project. I argued for the role i offered after leetcode assessment and interview they were giving manual testing work we were told AI/ML related development works. then to be at upperhand they said you are not performing well and not comming to office so to prove yourself i am giving you this manual testing work which i denied and said if you are not finding my performance good release me.

Wanna get some idea about market pay and the hike I’m getting in a e-commerce company. 

Worked as a DevOps/Software Engineer for 5 yrs and CCTC is around 30-32 LPA. New company is ready to offer around 42. 

Is it good offer or should I check for more companies?

I know some startup’s are paying like anything and this offer seems to be trivial for 5 yrs experience, but just wanted to know if I should be pursuing this offer or not?

What will be the average CTC at IBM for 7A band with 7 years of experience in SAP domain? I have already accepted the offer Can I negotiate now without counter offer because I am declining interview calls from other organizations.

Let’s say I leave a company after 2 months. What would happen if I don’t return their joining bonus.

They have a clause in offer letter that says I should return the amount if I leave before a year.
