What will be the consequences of having D band in TCS, My previous manager was kind of sweet poison bitch. All of my friends from previous project got C and I got D as i have some bad discussion before leaving that project. I argued for the role i offered after leetcode assessment and interview they were giving manual testing work we were told AI/ML related development works. then to be at upperhand they said you are not performing well and not comming to office so to prove yourself i am giving you this manual testing work which i denied and said if you are not finding my performance good release me.

Hey Folks, I hope you all are doing extremely well. Wanna get some idea about market pay and the hike I’m getting in a e-commerce company. Worked as a DevOps/Software Engineer for 5 yrs and CCTC is around 30-32 LPA. New company is ready to offer around 42. Is it good offer or should I check for more companies? I know some startup’s are paying like anything and this offer seems to be trivial for 5 yrs experience, but just wanted to know if I should be pursuing this offer or not? It took 3 months for Infosys to hire me. I could imagine in the process on how people are so lenient. The most suprising part: HR didn’t bother to send Congratulation email on clearing the interview rounds and there was no audit trail that whether I am giving any interviews or not. I hope many people would agree from Infosys.

Let’s say I leave a company after 2 months. What would happen if I don’t return their joining bonus. They have a clause in offer letter that says I should return the amount if I leave before a year.
