I'll go first,
Pushing caffeine intake atleast 60 mins after waking up.
I was tea in bed person, ruined my digestion and teeth discolouration
I switched from tea to black coffee. Initially sleep started going bad but is coffee bad? you talked about teeth discoloration.

In initial hours of waking up, your teeth is weak. It's best to avoid caffeine or any colouring products for that matter

Eating more green leafy vegetables+ 2 types of fruits everyday
Have stopped eating fried things + outside food, rarely if there is need to extend
If u eat 30 types of plant foods every week , ur gut health would be good. A doctor friend told me .
Also one of Coconut water or Sugarcane juice or Curd in a day , more leafy greens in diet , less outside food.
Cutting dairy. Not taking too many antibiotics since they destroy good gut bacteria. Eating home cooked food.
Don’t take any of the advice on random platforms. Most suggestions are phantom reliefs. Don’t ever be stupid to adopt medical advices from others.
Consult a relevant doctor with good recommendations and experience.
