I recently completed a PG certification in Product Management with a specialization in Product Growth, where I honed my skills through projects and assignments. My passion for building and growing products led me to pursue this certification during a career break.

In my previous role (3 years), I spearheaded teams, driving revenue, growth, product adoption, customer satisfaction, and churn reduction.

Any experienced product manager who review PM resumes in general? Or a paid service ?

So in my present PM job, I have only worked on and scaled 3 major 0 to 1 products. Now my question is how do I write it in my resume in the most effective way. For example for an existing product, I would use the following structure: Improved X by Y% by doing Z. But in 0 to 1 products you don't have any benchmarks. Need tips or input on how to go about writing it.

- Engineering degree from a Tier 1 college
- ~3 years of experience in product and analytics in adtech firm
- Currently serving as a lead product analyst, earning around 15 LPA.

Worked tirelessly to switch roles to a Product Manager position, but was denied by management and received an underwhelming appraisal. As a result, I feel that I'm not earning my true potential and feel devalued by my firm.
