What should I do ?
Role - Product Designer YOE - 2 Current CTC - 9LPA Offer in hand - 18-22LPA + Esops But I'm happy and sorted in my current company, work life balance is amazing. I'm not sure how the work culture will be in new company and if it goes this smoothly. What should I do? Help me out. TIA
Go for the risky bet. You’re young and you’ll learn. You might regret it if the company becomes big later 👏🏻
Yeah true, when I reached out to an ex-employee of the same company he was like "unfortunately I can't share anything about the company" is this normal or something wrong would have happened with him?
His LinkedIn says currently working and the founder mentioned he left for some personal reasons.
This has happened to me before and I must say, your mileage may vary.
The pro is that: you get paid good and your base improves for next negotiation.
Con: it will be grunt work and pure shit.

You can always negotiate a return. The hike % is too much to ignore. Leaving and finding another job is more difficult when things are hectic at work

Same company mai counter maar, sochna kya hai. WFH hai to mujhe btao, 20k selection par de dunga, 20k first salary ke time.
With 2 YOE in hand I would not settle in a comfort zone. Early years of Career are very crucial for professional and financial growth. So think upon the offer in hand.
But the thing is, new company is just 1year old with 12 employees and current one has 175 employees. Thoughts on this ?
I don't see a difference between a 12 employee company vs 175 employees. Both are still young companies judging from the headcount. But yes the 12 employee company will definitely grow and I see you growing with it soon too.
