What should be my expected CTC in my next switch?

Being a NLP Engineer with 4 years of work ex in the same domain, my current CTC is 17 LPA. So what should be my least minimum expected CTC in my next switch and that too i am planning to move to Bangalore ? Also , am i being underpaid ?
