What should be the Ideal CTC for a non technical program manager with 6 YOE

Wanted to check the ideal CTC as per the market standard.

If you are in the direct revenue line (in BD, Sales, Operations) then INR 20-25L is a decent start for 6YoE.

If you are not, then it could be INR 16-25L.

Anything more than this and you are over valued.
