What to do?

So, I completed my graduation in 2023 with a bachelor's in technology. I was placed in Capgemini on campus in September 2022. Have a letter of intent with me. Around 200 people got placed. And from December-January 2024, my batchmates have started getting onboarding mail. It's just that i don't want to wait any longer since i have given my most of the time waiting. I would appreciate it if you guys share some 3rd party recruitment companies in IT field such as software engineering role and full stack developer roles.

Hey guys, I'm stuck in an MNC currently without any real world project for almost half an year now. I've been building projects on my own and looking for a switch. Since, situation in the market is a little tight, I'm hardly finding any non internship opportunities for freshers. Kindly let me know of any sources or any suggestions on how to move on from here. Seeing my friends getting fired from FAANG co. and still not get any other offer makes me more disheartened. Please help.

My younger bro is currently in his 3rd yr at NSUT Delhi. He has been learning front end for a good while. And is now also learning AI/ML. All his prep went into vain due to poor internship placements. He is now very underconfident about interning off campus and wants to directly sit for main placements. My understanding is that it’s critical to have a good brand internship and a PPO from them preferably. This worked for me as a non-techie so could be a bias. But if you or anyone you know has been through this journey, kindly suggest what should be the ideal way forward?

Hello everyone, I am an ML Engineer Intern and have been doing full time internship since past 1.5 years, will be completing one year in June at current company, so the thing is I will be graduating in 10 days and the company is still not talking about PPO, so what should I do now? I don't have another offer as I did not sit for on campus placement because no good companies were coming and I am earning more or approximately equal to most of the companies paying for full time in college. Now I am a bit scared as I will be graduating and still don't have a full time offer, I am the guy in college where everyone used to tell that I will grab the highest package and here I am in this uncertainty whether I will get full time offer from current company or not. I have worked very hard, even worked late nights and even on weekends and still they are bot talking about PPO and I am applying off campus but there are not many openings for freshers or 2024 graduate even though I have more practical knowledge and skills, so what should I do now, continue as an intern till I get full time or what should I do? I know Python, ML, DL, NLP, tensorflow, pytorch, django, javascript, GO, Docker, linux and I am a very good learner too. So if anyone of you can help then it will be good, I have posted before also on this platform but have not received any help, though got couple of referral but they were of other profile or required more experience and hence got rejected without even an OA. So please refer me or give advice what should I do next?

But the major concern for me is that my college won’t be allowing me for the campus placement. How and when should I start reaching out for off-campus Product/Analyst roles? I was thinking of reaching out to campus recruiters from companies that hire from my college and other colleges, Will that work?

Hey community, I'm a Fresher just graduated from a reputed NIT in May, and I've been laid off because of "management reasons" from a reputed MNC. My role therein was of an ML Engineer. I have about 5 months of experience and I'm looking for a role in data analytics or something similar. I'm currently in Bengaluru but I'm open to relocate anywhere. If there is anything that can be done to help me please please let me know. I'm new to the tech industry and I really am lacking a mentor. My pay at the previous company was about 11.5 lpa. Upon completion of graduation (May 2023), I worked as an ML engineer (internship); fast forward to December 2023, I had interview scheduled for ML position (off-campus) at reputed company (non-IT), which I passed and after interview in December, I was told to wait for offer letter. Actually, I was referred by the employee of the company. So, till the end of January, I did not receive any update from company regarding offer letter. I asked a person who referred me, he told me that HR has been changed and due to that reason, your onboarding process might be on hold. However, In February new HR got hired and I literally left the hope to receive callback from the company, but after some time I received call from new HR, and again scheduled interview with same manager with whom I was previously interviewed. Manager was quite satisfied with me and asked me If I was ready to join as soon as possible. I assured him to join ASAP. After this interview also I was eagerly waiting for the offer letter; Again, left the hope of receiving any response. However, now it was a beginning of March, and one day I received call from HR, asking for my documents, to release the offer letter. Now it's almost mid-March and again no callback from HR, and no update regarding my joining. It's a journey of 4 months. I never wrote a follow-up mail to HR or manager regarding, onboarding process. Till now I was just asking my referee regarding any updates. It seems cumbersome to him also to ask manager repeatedly regarding my offer-letter. Should I write follow-up mail to either HR or manager. If yes, what should I mention in it? - Thank you
