Got another role within 3 weeks and it was a 100% hike 
  
 Basically I got severance for 3 months, and a month later I was making 2x

6 day work week, take a holiday on sat and Monday, then Sunday is counted as an extra day off.  Long work hours - starts at 8am, and a good day ends at 630pm.  
 Clerical work, industry big in value but limited number of companies due to high investment requirements so job change was difficult, 
   Stayed there for 5 years, because the boss was good. He was a tough but fair guy.
