What’s a business/startup idea that you never got around to building?
I’m sure all of us have thought of something exciting to start at some point, but choose to continue with corporate life.
Would love to hear ideas from this community, and understand what stopped people from building out.
In 2015 I wanted to build inventory management for small shops & street food vendors. And then use the data to sell to FMCGs and tell them how their secondary sale is.
Turns out the idea could have come to life if I said that I wanted to lend on basis of that data 😂
In my postgrad I and my roomate built a ride aggregation platform for college folks to major destinations such as airports and stations,
We built this just as a poc for our product skills so post placement we forgot all about it, till we realised that quickride used this idea and built a business on top of it
Make BYJU but all educational content is delivered in animation and 3d models. But never worked on it
Wanted to build something similar to masai school. But that space has a few competitors and tough to execute
I’ll start with me: I always wanted to build out something like Scaler or Upgrad but aimed at non engineers.
Still feel quite energized by the cause, but Edtech as an industry scares me
Maybe the right time will come about
