What’s a skill you think everyone should learn, no matter their age?

I recently learned how to cook properly at 35, and it's been a game-changer. I'm saving money, eating healthier, and actually enjoying my meals. It got me thinking about other skills I wish I'd picked up sooner. What's a skill you wish you had learned earlier in life? Something that's made a significant difference in your day-to-day living or overall happiness?

Whenever I read any posts like - What should someone do in their early 20s or late 20s etc.? There is always this general advice of developing skills. Every 3 or 4 insta reel, develop skills. What skills are being talked about here? Give some good examples as to what skills to develop over the 20s, 30s etc.

I have 7 years of experience in IT with Mobile technology especially iOS. But now I can see there is not a big, long run and easy adaptive market in future to stick with technology. People with 3-4 years of experience can do the same what I am doing now. Although I have Team build and project management skills also but those are another level of headache. I have some experience with back end Tecnologies also and I love technical work and problem solving things. So I want to know want to know what I need to start learning next which is in high demand and high in pay and what are the various steps to learn those things. Some suggest AI, ML things some suggest Cloud Computing etc but nobody know what’s it way to grow with it. So I need your help with some brief short guidance for what I need to learn next. I am open for It.
