What's more difficult?

Building 0-1 in a startup that's finding its feet, founders are still controlling all, you are doing rapid experiments, Product is evolving, and budgets are tight, but you are beginning to scale with insights. Less money, insecurity, esops promise will never get delivered, founder might drag the startup down

Or Getting pedigree, joining high budget cos like unicorns, blowing money, getting a name and insigjrs, scaling and then becoming a vc, seen an operator

0-1, startup on your own if you don’t trust the founders.

Getting pedigree is a waste of time.
