While eating from right, you can't touch anything else with right - I find it very weird when others do so. You can't leave the plate unattended, until & unless extremely important. (You can't even stand up while eating - it is seen as disrespect to food)

Would you entertain this ?

I’m a very religious guy I’ve been doing Kirtan all my life and Now that I am moving to bangalore, I don’t want to stop it. I usually sit inside my room and do kirtan alone with harmonium for like 30-40 minutes in a go! I also want to host Night Kirtans like from 11-4 AM like once or twice a month on weekends. Should I rent a 1-BHK or look for a room in 2-3 BHK? I feel people wont be comfortable with this and hence sharing a 2-3 BHK would be difficult

What's something you do which is normal/interesting for you but abnormal/weird for majority ?

e.g in my case: 1. I go for a walk almost everyday around 12:30ish AM (in HSR). Helps me process how my day went. 2. Whenever I used to book a rapido bike/scooty, i used to drive it myself with the rapido driver as pillion. (just asked them nicely, 90% of them didn't refuse). Now I have my own bike though. 3. Most of the time when I have traveled in a train, i travel in the general box of trains. Only to connect/listen to stories of that section of our society, even though i could afford tickets for other classes. your turn:

[Thread] What is one unexpected habit that has stuck with you ever since you were a kid?

Ever since 9th grade, I watch a football compilation video every time I am about to step on the field to play football. ⚽️🏟️ While I’m tying my shoe laces, the music thumping in my ears with cinematic visuals of the most insane football skills ever. 🤯 All throughout my college days as well, before every football game. I used to carry my headphones with me and watch a video. Emulate some flairs and new skills on the field, score long range goals and Shush the crowd. 🤫 Even today, when that time has long gone by, anytime there is a friendly Sunday match between friends. I’m sure to blast some music and just watch football before playing. And yes, even today I get the same goosebumps as I step on the field and touch the ball. It’s the best feeling ever. What about you? What’s the one unexpected habit that has stuck with you ever since you were a kid? 🤔💭
