Do you like the product or just the ads?
I like the cashback. The interface can look like an app from the 2010s for all I care.
UPI part especially is crappy Everytime it takes me couple of mins to understand where my txn history and other upi options are

Have been using CRED app since the time they launched it… initially it was great in terms of cash back but now a days it is very less.
Best part about this app is you can view all cards on a single platform.
But now a days few cards automatically got deregistered from there
now the cashback they provide can only be used for credit card bill payments. Earlier it was used in recharges as well.
Now a days no cashback.. only 1 ₹ sometimes.. I pay 5000 to 20000 each month

Isn’t it just a glorified “Account aggregator” integration? Also, looks like they are riding on some TSP’s AA gateway/bridge for fetching the details. So zero points for any innovation.
All in all again so much hype for an aesthetically...
