When will teach market recover??

When the market will stable , when this layoff period will go away ? Any thought 🤔

Hey I'm 2022 sept graduate in CS . I'm jobless from a year , i have offer letter but joining nhi aa rha . I want to know when hirings be normal again for freshers in 2024 .

Hi I was laid off and since the market is in shambles I was planning to go for higher studies abroad. Will the job market become stable after one year?

When can we expect the market to be up and we get the calls for hiring? Currently, hardly any interview calls are approached.

Around mid-2023, I thought jobs would get better by January 2024. But hearing about recent layoffs and seeing lots of competition makes me doubt when things will actually improve. I get that the job market goes up and down, but I just want it to be a bit normal, not necessarily back to the best it's ever been. What's weird to me is that stocks seem okay, but jobs aren't doing so well.

As someone who is going through their first down market. This is a question for the more experienced folks. When do you think the job market will be back up?
