Are you getting both at same cost? I’m guessing Neopolis would be costlier and at a later handover date. 
  
 Neopolis has good infra in terms of road and most of the societies are on high altitude. However, it might take some time for development. Also worried about unlimited FSI.  
  
 Kokapet is already developed with many restaurants/supermarkets/hospitals. However roads aren’t as great as Neopolis.

You have No savings - Bank balance Zero and U want to Buy some property With Loan or By saving up something.

The real estate is skyrocketed. So the rates are higher not sure whether it will shoot up again from this point or alteredy reached its peak and will be staggered for a few months or stable.

In this situation you are planning to buy a property. Will you 

1)  Buy an apartment in the Gated Community (~1 to 1.1cr)
2) Buy an apartment in the Standalone Building (80 to 90 Lakh)
3) Buy an independent house or villa outside the city (1.3 to 1.5cr)
4) Invest on some land for future 
5) Don't buy anything 
6) Confused

People laughed at me when I asked for decent living spaces below 10k at these locations. It took 2 days, i went for a walk in the streets of Koramangala and HSR layout. And found multiple 1rk's less than 8k and multiple 1bhk's less than 12k. There are a lot of furnished 1bhk apartments with rent ranging from 15k to 18k. To all the people who are new to Bangalore, don't fall prey for hefty rents, do roam in and around the surroundings.. you will find good places within the budget. Surprisingly there are plenty of vacant spaces and soon the prices will come down.
