Hey everyone, I'm new to whey protein. Any suggestions for someone just starting out? Good mixability and digestible without bloating my stomach. Lump free. i am thinking about the whole truth protein is anyone used before ? my budget is around 2.5 k

Well I tried the unflavoured version, man it’s soluble and tastes good but if you like unflavoured when then only buy.

Should I go with unflavored or any flavour you suggest
@Elvishbahiiii Unflavoured is cheap but tastes weird. Flavoured is usually more palatable.
Depends on if you want to save money or have better taste.

I'm no expert nor have I tried different protein brands,
I use Avvatar Isorich whey Protein (Choclate flavour). I find it good and don't have any bloating issues.
This was suggested by trainers in my gym. (Their words: Avvatar is an Indian brand, it's costly in comparison to others but the quality is really good)
Have used ON, is good. Currently, using Ultimate Nutrition. It's a bit on the sweeter side so all my sweet tooth escapism takes a backseat after that.

whole truth only, rest is filled with all sorts of pharmaceutical crap
Bought whole truth 15 days back.
Its amazing. Best mixability and when you drink it feels that you are drinking water unlike others where you feel having a thick shake.
I have tried muscle blaze earlier and compared to that whole truth is much much better.
Not going back to any other brand now onwards

I've been using Amul's Whey for some time now. Has only an unflavored variant but is a decent one

Used to buy from Neulife some years back. Now shifted to buying from Nutrabay. I buy Myprotein and ON products directly from their website.
I am trying to reduce my whey intake and increase lean protein consumption(mostly from eggs).
