Which FAANG company is best for the long term.

As I am currently 26, Till now I have 4 years experience in a startup and I recently joined Amazon as System development engineer 2. My goal is simple, after 30 I want to stick to a good company which will give me recognition, promotion, competitive salary and work life balance. I want to stick to an organization for maybe 10 years and want to reach a higher position along with company growth.

Can any one suggest to me which top companies I should target next after a couple of years.
