Which is best!!

Infosys: 7.65 fixed +85k varaible= 8.5Lpa Warner bros: 8.3 fixed + 40k varaible= 8.7 Lpa

Both are same distance from my home.

Pls suggest which one should I choose in your pov and why?. Your advice will really helpful to me.

Always select salary that has more fixed and less variable till you reach a certain bench mark.
