IMO..Global delivery centers are better.. the clients are international.. so good exposure and mostly respect your WLB.. but in the end it your team/ manager which also matters

BD / Sales / Stakeholder Management are some of the most important consulting skills and a direct client facing role teaches you these. GDS team is telling to not to respond to EY india their benefits are less and GDS also claming the same.
