KPMG global services vs EY GDS - which is better in terms of overall and culture

Hey Grapeviners, can you tell me if switching from KPMG G&PS to EY G&PS is better or not? I mean in terms of reputation, work ethics, pay, work culture, career progression, etc.

I am currently evaluating offers from both KPMG and E&Y for internal audit. While I have my own marks for both of the firms, need your inputs on the following. Hi all, I got an offer from both kpmg global and EY India as an ariba consultant. I'm.not sure which one to consider! Both are offering same package. I'm not sure which one to join! I'm hearing a lot of buzz around kpmg that they're not having ariba projects! And parallely EY India is offering me job for an slp implementation which is related to my domain.
