Which startups are hiring ?

How can one specifically target startups and succeed? While many pursue top MNCs or MAANG, getting entry can be challenging. I am keen on working with small startups. Has anyone experienced working in startups in Bengaluru or other locations where both good pay and learning opportunities are available? In terms of job search, is LinkedIn/Naukri or referrals more effective? When preparing for interviews, should one focus more on DSA rounds or development skills? What are the pors & cons or tips? Eating organic food, drinking clean water 💦 and breathing clean air 🫁. More time for family and society. Getting good sleep with deep sleep more than 2h consistently. No regional holiganism. Life ain't kinda hullabaloo which used to be case in metro. Saving+investing 100% of my salary (thanks to my investments in last 7-8y) I want to sustain this and live like this for rest of my life. I am in late 20s and sitting on total 93L savings. It will cross 8d soon but am confused on how to go through sustainability. Please help me navigate. 1. I don't want to do job. Startup or Meaningful work is my calling. In Covid i worked for multiple startups and helped them in many ways. MVP to PMF, am good at marketing, sales, HR and tech. Planning to join a remote startup or start my own. But it should be meaningful startup not just a bigger fool game. 2. I Can do agriculture side by side as I have around 15acres of land. It can give output = Median package of tier 1 mba. Have ideas like growing stevia, alovera and other useful stuff instead of wheat n rice like my old generation. Then it will be huge but again have to convince father. Startups like dehaat are helping in this as well. 3. Get a good franchise in nearby city like sleepwell, Pizza Hut, kfc or tamo and get regular returns. 4. Put all money in FD and get 50k/m return and live a happy life. (50k is more than enough for family of 5 where I live currently) 5. I love reading, blogging, debating, quizzing on economics, geopolitics, spirituality, semiconductor, politics and tech. Can build an online business around this on YouTube and internet. Please guide me how to reach to correct idea and navigate properly with minimal risk. I posted a couple days ago about looking for my next role, but it seemed like it did not reach a lot of folks out there. So, back at this asking-for-a-job thing. Janta, do your thing! A little bit about me- I come with a mix of recruiting for mid to senior roles in business and corporate functions at an agri tech startup along with limited exposure to product and techno functional roles at a B2B SaaS startup. Apart from hiring, I've also been part of Talent branding initiatives and Talent analytics. Along with that, I also built a referral portal for internal employees. What I want in my next role - - A great manager - A healthily competitive team (trustworthy too) - Org with good business perspective and fundamentals - A decently quick growth path with wealth creation as well - As long as I get to stay in Bangalore, the work mode doesn't matter If you have leads or if you could refer me to your org, I'm happy to treat you once I land a role.

What are some good ways to find startup jobs? Other than the usual, Linkedin Wellfound Instahyre Cutshort YC jobs Any other better ways to find data analyst roles at startups? Mos startups don't even have listing. Of all the 36 applications, I received Interview calls only from 2 companies. Other didn't even respond and I don't even know if they have gone through my resume or not.

Its been 3 months since I left my last company after completing 8 months of internship, I rejected the full time offer because I was exploited and work culture was very toxic, since then I applied to more than 100+ jobs online and hardly converted 5 interviews and got 1 offer for part time which is soon going to be revoked, assuming from the company's behaviour. At this point I have lost all the motivation to work, improve and apply for jobs I am tired and drowing in self doubt. It even kills me to see the people who are not skilled as I am are getting good jobs and salary. With all this my family is not so supportive and not a single day has passed where I didn't get into arguments with my parents.

Hey All I graduated in 2021 out of DU and parallely converted my internship with a preseries A fintech startup for a full-time role, pay was less that what I would've got in campus placements, but I prioritised steep learning curve or a 15k per month salary difference. After spending 15 months reporting directly to the ceo in a 150 member team, I resigned. Initially the pace was enjoyable, later on it became toxic. Moved to Bangalore and joined another start-up, didn't take a huge hike since I just wanted to start somewhere. After working here for 7 months, now I have much for focussed idea on what my strengths are and I'm working with experienced folks (avg 8+ years). I'm a 22 year old working in the founding team of pretty good product startup (funded by Kunal and bunch of other angels). Currently I'm at 6LPA, and would reach a 12LPA in thr next 3-4 months subject to fundraise, what I would like an opinion on is if after completing an year and we don't raise a round, do I stay? Or do I go back home and prepare for Gmat or CAT, then do aan expensive MBA by taking a loan? Or do I find another startup asking for a 12LPA? or do I try for a established company role in program management or partnerships or something? I don't have any family money or business to fall back on, but fortunately I didn't take a loan for my education yet, and my parents would be okay to give me another 2 more years to figure things out. Would appreciate help from anyone who've been in a similar journey or just any piece of advice. Thanks!

I have experience in 2 startups and have been working on my own company for freelancing as a software dev leading 4-5 interns under me. I am looking for a stable company. I can't able to do my fullest in the current one + the compensation is very much below average.
