There is a GST on that Platform fee as well if you check under GST & Restaurant Charges 🤭

Swiggy FEE Mafia

Swiggy is slowly becoming unusable. They have already increased minimum amount in Instamart for free delivery from 99 to 149 to 199 now. This is really becoming a problem. Is there any other alternative to this? They are slowly showing their true colours now that they are aiming profitability.

Swiggy makes a small change to delivery fee clause

Earlier Swiggy used to evaluate whether or not to charge the delivery fee based on the gross order value.. now it evaluates it based on net order value. Seems like a well thought plan . I'm curious to know how this pans out.. does it increase net PnL. Anyone working for Swiggy, please share the learnings
