Why there is so much Hindu Muslim goin on social media

Everyday there's a new post on this app of "Who will you vote for" then few chamchas or it cell guys come here to defend them. Let me tell you this is wrong platform for your propaganda. People here are good at english as well as concepts like confirmation bias and mass psychology. If you give vote to bjp in polls no one on this app will give a damn as we all know opinion polls are different and it's manipulated to show that people will vote BJP so everyone will think BJP is doing something good. It isn't like that. Wrong platform guys. Twitter/X or instagram is better for you. I won't recommend reddit since it's filled with teenagers who wannabe dank.

Everyone here is educated, works decent jobs and pays taxes. I want to know your thoughts on upcoming general election, who are you going to vote? what do you expect will be the result? Do you think there is a level playing field for all the parties? Please give a general overview as well as local overview of your state/constituency. Ps: please be civil and avoid distasteful language.

Translation: "Nothing's gonna happen with this country" This is LinkedIn what we are talking about. People are begging to vote for a certain party because it favours their religion. And the person who liked this post, is someone I used to regard because he is knowledgeable. If this is what is happening at the forefront, imagine the propaganda that is being shared within your mom or dads WhatsApp groups.

This realisation is purely a selfish thing, which led me to think of reasons behind my friends supporting the BJP. I absolutely hate BJP's hate, religion, divide&rule politics, and I'm sure most BJP supporters themselves also hate that, but they don't have a choice like most of us. If you are supporting BJP, you fall in one of the following categories for sure: 1. Your family supports them, so you have to. 2. Someone in your family is a small/big BJP related politician. 3. You have seen/used the perks of supporting them i.e local influence. 4. You are a businessman/entrepreneur who benefited from their policies and believes they will help you further as well. 5. Brainwashed blind faith in Modi. 6. You are a Hindu and you blindly hate Muslims. 7. No trust in the opposition party. What other reasons? Tell me in the comments, what were your reasons to vote for the BJP. Now coming to my reason: I don't want to see the stock market bloodbath, i have invested a lot and for sure the market will go down 20-30% if the BJP loses. But glad i didn't vote for them.

I have seen most of my friends and people are in tech always oppose the current Government. I agree, that current government is not great. But at same time, supporting parties like Congress doesn’t makes sense. Genuinely curious why people think current government is not doing good? I have seen road & rail infrastructure getting improved, defence budget being increased, government making investments in R&D, privatisation of government sectors, making existing processes efficient, and much more. Even the farm bills were good, now what is happening all the middlemen are making money. Communal riots have increased, but I don’t think the government is responsible, it’s people who ignite these riots. At last, why you think current government is not doing good?
