Work culture at ola
Does anyone have an honest opinion on the work culture of ola? I heard there is no work-life balance

Their CPO has a reputation for being a terror to work with. Anyone who works on his pet projects quits in under 2 months. He’s known to be verbally abusive and toxic, going as far as to insult senior product leaders in large meetings.
He has a wooden board in his office, which he hammers the nail into when frustrated. In a fit of rage, he flung the nail at a designer. It narrowly missed her face and pierced the TV behind her. He then took his hammer and smashed the TV.
This sounds like fiction, but I’ve heard such accounts from too many people now to doubt them.
Bad wlb and absolutely pitiable culture in design.

Expectations of wLB is greedy when one is paid multiple times the market rate salary.
Maybe, you have a different opinion on this, but for me my mental health is priority!

That's the best. Health should always be a priority. That's why especially startups have to be avoided unless that startup is profitable.
Wasn't offered so much that I would sacrifice my mental health 😮💨
