Work vs Pay ?
If you're early in career like (3yoe) and you get offer from a big org which is comparable to FAANG but work is very domain specific and not quite relevant and based on some company specific stack but pay is great so should one go for it, also to mention if current work one is doing is full of learnings.
Depends on you. No one can give you that answer.
I would take it, money is very important, I know I will keep learning there as well
Yeah correct, I was thinking of the same, but tbh how will you learn in a place where the tech is domain specific and of no use outside?

Two completely different ways to go about this
1. Optimising for pay early in career might be sub optimal. Your early years are best for learning you can ask stupid questions, commit mistakes learn fast and iterate
2. If your current role is just hustle based learning, you might be better off going to a better company ( get brand on your resume), use extra time there to learn others skills, treat this as 1 year off but paid. After 1 year re assess move within the company.
Yes, actually I think I fear adaptability rather than worrying about tech stack I fear that my skills would get rusted at such a place. My current role is yes full of learning. Also I got brand name from my current company as well so I don't give that thing a lot of importance.
